PREGNANCY 

Pregnancy or pregnancy (in gravid and this Latin gravĭdus) February 1 is the period between the implantation of the zygote in the womb, at birth about significant physiological, metabolic and even morphological changes that occur in women designed to protect, nurture and enable the development of the fetus, such as disruption of menstrual cycles, or increasing the size of the breasts to prepare for breastfeeding. The term gestation refers to the physiological processes of growth and development of the fetus inside the womb. In theory, the gestation of the fetus and the woman's pregnancy, although in practice many people use the two terms interchangeably. 

In humans pregnancies often unique, although there may be multiple pregnancies. The application of assisted reproduction techniques is raising the incidence of multiple pregnancies in developed countries
